What Causes Painful Lump In The Apex Of Left Arm?

I want to consult a lump i found 2 hrs ago in the apex of left underarm .. it is painfull and about 2 centimeter.. but the pain does not radiate to any other part of the body .. should I go for antibiotics or some other investigation ?? I m 27yr married woman

Hi,Welcome to HCM. Based on the facts of your query,You seem to suffer from-painful Furuculitis Lump of the left underarm.Contact GP doctor and get the Antibiotics-Like Mox 250 mg / and Motrin-400 mgm-NSAIDS with Cold Compresses.This would resolve the Lump.
Second from a Surgeon would fix this diagnosis and needful treatment.
