What Causes Painful Lump Underneath The Crease Of Arm?

Hello , Yesterday I noticed a slight pain underneath the crease of my left arm when I bend it. I thought I had gotten bitten by an insect, although I didn t locate a bite mark. I felt a slightly hard, slightly tender bump underneath my skin while my hand was supinated. Its dimensions are approx. 0.5x0.5x0. I have had no past medical history regarding cancer or any skin disorder. Are there any suggestions you can give me regarding this ? Thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
welcome to hcm,
I really appreciate your concern,
In my opinion you seem to have Sarcoid lympnode in the armpit/crease,with compression symptoms lower down in that arm.
You need to consult Physician and if conservative treatment with steroid does not regress the lower arm compression symptoms,
then elective surgery to decompress armpit/crease by Excision of the Sarcoid Adenitis lump in armcrease would resolve your pains in that arm.
Please let me know if you have any questions,
thanks.regards.
