I have painful red spots on my hands and feet. They have been occasional over the last 8 years or so but have been showing up more often in the last year. They are mainly on my feet now. Where they develop there is intense pain and pressure, to the point it is difficult to walk. Last weekend the pain woke me up, it felt like my foot was going to explode. I have asked every doctor I have seen for the last few years and no one has any idea what they are. As they are becoming more frequent and more painful I am quite concerned. Any ideas?
