What Causes Painful Shoulder Joints, Arms, Back And Legs With Muscle Cramps?

I m a female ,45 yrs old, I have been experiencing a lot of joint pain in shoulders, arms , back and legs while laying down, and now I have some muscle cramping in different areas of my back and sides ,, what could be causing this? other than getting OLD.

If there is no recent increase in physical activity then the possible causes other than aging would be : (A)infection
(b)blood disorders such as sickle cell disease
(C)autoimmune diseases such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis etc
(D)neurological

You can consider seeing your doctor for an assessment if it continues. This would include physical examination and blood tests such as complete blood count and ESR (this is an inflammatory marker- goes up if there is any cause for inflammation in the body).
