What Causes Painful Spasms In The Left Arm?

the last few days I ve been getting this horrible acking in my left shoulder elbow and wrist even my fingers. It feels like I have a turnicate on and it s causing the whole arms to ache so bad. I thought I might have strained it but I can t remember doing that in any way. I ve been very careful last two days to not even lean on my elbow because it gets to aching so bad I can t hardly stand the pain.
