General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

At the moment, you have to consult your urologist for full clinical assessment, urine analysis and ultrasound of the abdomen. Most cases occur due to urinary tract infection. On the other hand, symptoms of prostate cancer include painful urination, difficulty in emptying the bladder, frequent need for urination and blood in urine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
