What Causes Painless Knots In Cervix With Swollen Groin Lymph Nodes?

I have a sore/swollen groin lymph node as well as two little hard painless knots on my cervix, deep low ache in right pelvic area as well as side/lower back pain. I do have HPV. I get regular Paps and my last one was 9 months ago. I am going to the doctor but worried. What could these knots be other than cervical cancerous lesions?
