What Causes Painless Lumps On Hip Bone And Forearm?

Hello, I have a lump on my left forearm the size of a quarter or silver dollar. It seems firm to the touch . I am really worried about it. I have no pain. I was wondering if my bio identical hormone replacement therapy caused this lump. I have amother lump on my right hip bone. I had it looked at by several doctor s who just looked at it and said nothing to worry about until the one appeared on my arm I have a soft squishy lump on both my hands right above my index finger. I m so scared and worried. Now my doctor told me I needed to see a dermatologist. Why did he wait to tell me to see a dermatologist when I showed him the lump on my hip bone until others popped up? I m a 47 year old female.
