Hi

Paleness may be caused by reduced blood flow and oxygen or by a decreased number of red blood cells.Acute or chronic anemia can cause paleness of face. Kindly check your blood hemoglobin levels.

Chronic anemia due to vitamin B12 deficiency,Folic acid deficiency, chronic kidney failure ,upper gastrointestinal bleeding or hypothyroidism.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
