What Causes Paleness And Swollen Lymph Nodes In A Child?

My son is 4 years old. Since may we have experienced several things. First sometimes he appears to be yellow then it goes away minutes later. Or he gets really pale. He acts tired and depressed most of the time. In August he was diagnosed with Mono and Viral Hep. He was put in the hospital. The other symptoms are still going on along with swollen lymph nodes that wont go away and now you can feel and see his bones.

Hi...what you are quoting is called lymphadenopathy is it can go on for weeks to months after infectious mononucleosis. You need not worry. But if he is pale and the lymph nodes are increasing in size and he is running fever I would like to rule out lymphoreticular malignancy.
