What Causes Palpitation Along With Dizziness And Appetite Loss?

There is no cardiologists in my country. I don t know what to do, I been in and out of clinics. I can t sleep, I have palpitations like my heart pounding, I have skip heart beats, my heart rate is between 47 to 58 at rest. I feel like my heart is rubbing against something, sleeping is difficult, except I lay on my left. Have dizziness, loss of appetite and loss 10kg. I not obese. EKG shows abnormal Twaves, and sinus bradycardia. But doctors says nothing wrong. No fatigue, I go jogging with dull pain under my left brest plate. Suffer from polycetamia? (High blood levels) sometimes. Feel a little twitching under my left eye.

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello,

You should get an echo and Doppler and a 24-hour ECG to rule out any abnormal rhythm. You should also rule out thyroid dysfunction.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Harshita, Ophthalmologist
