What Causes Palpitation And Pain In The Chest?

I had a holter monitor for 24 hours the results said rhythm during the recording ias 1:1 av conduction. Rate ranged between 42 and 121 with an average of 77 beats per min. The minimum rate occurred during hours of sleep. PAC were present but rare. These occurred as isolated events. No PVCs were identified. I never heard back from my cardiologist I do not have insurance. Was suppose to get a 30day monitor but they never gave it to me. I have suffered from panic attack so called heart palps. I do hurt in the chest on left side of my heart ever so often. Should I be concerned? I check my heart rate every day it stays in the mid 80s to mid 90s some times goes up in the 100s and this is all resting. Should I be concerned? What do you think?
