What Causes Palpitations And Depression When Suffering From Hypothyroidism?

I have been diagnosed with Graves disease in past, it has long since progressed to hyporthyroidism and have been treated for about 25 years. I just had levels checked and levothryoxin upped to 1oomcg. I still feel like crap, heart palpitations, lethargic, depressed. I don t know if I m looking at a depression issue, or if my thyroid is still messed up. sorry I don t have the numbers

Hi,

Your thyroid values such as free T3, T4 and TSH are essential in order to assess whether your thyroid function is normal. Kindly repeat your thyroid values 3 weeks after taking the increased dose of 100mcg. In case of persisting symptoms, thyroid antibody levels can be measured.
