What Causes Palpitations, Dry Cough, Chest Pain And Fatigue?

I had a pfo closure 2 yrs ago Dec. 28th. I often have paputations & ashma like symtoms, & dry cough. I also feel like i m going to faint, only last for a second or two then goes away almost every day kinda scary.. Today chest pain, back, shoulder pain when I breath deeply. Just curious if this is just normal for a person with the closure

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that if this "patent foramen ovale" and closure has been done and still some symptom are there then, it is advisable to get done the echo test, because if this is fainting symptom then further investigation may be needed, better take this symptoms seriously, have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
