What Causes Paraesophageal Hiatus Hernia And Breathing Difficulty?
l have a paraesphogeal hiatus hernia..and breathing issues..tried to walk around the block and difficulty breathing and eating now too always a full feeling...still waiting for two tests the surgeon wants done but taking so long...l know surgery is in the very near future just not sure how long l can wait if it gets worse..l am about an hour away from the hospital with no traffic and good weather
Some advice that I can give to you is: -Take antacids to reduce the acidity in the stomach. -Eat bananas and apples. -Eat grains, like cereals (bran and oatmeal), bread, rice, pasta, and crackers. -Eat low-fat or skim milk and low-fat yogurt. -Fix your posture.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
