Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Treatment of a Hiatal hernia consists of surgery.

Some advice that I can give to you is:
-Take antacids to reduce the acidity in the stomach.
-Eat bananas and apples.
-Eat grains, like cereals (bran and oatmeal), bread, rice, pasta, and crackers.
-Eat low-fat or skim milk and low-fat yogurt.
-Fix your posture.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
