What Causes Paresthesias, Tinnitus, Extreme Fatigue Episodes, Dizziness, Confusion And Teeth Clenching?

I m a 28 years old male. I was a very healthy and successful (in my way, having found the love of my life, working in what I wanted, being active as an artist, etc) boy. 4 months ago (14th of July) I woke up with a little bit of pain in my back. Since this day, everything went down. I ve been having, continuously : - paresthesias at various locations(mostly burning areas or water drips) such as finger tips, legs, near the ears, neck, scalp… - Diffuse pain on top of thighs, sides of pelvis, legs, also on wrist joints and elbows - Feeling of cold legs event if they aren’t cold - Neck and back pain - Tinnitus (12500hz, left ear) - TMJ pain And occasionnaly : - My neck sometimes cracks when I turn my head (one time it completly blocked with a quick movement... very scary) - During the day, really weird sensations in the arms or legs, like I m about to tremor like crazy but... It doesnt happen. - Sometimes my articulations really ache - Crackling TMJ, aching TMJ muscles - Teeth clenching - Extreme tiredness episodes (1 to 3 consecutive hours, then gone like it arrived) - Burning in the face - Tingling feeling under the eye - Finger spasms (sometimes their muscles contract or move alone) - Cold nerves behind the eyes, behind the jaw - Episodic flash headaches that hurt like hell but stays for 1 minute tops. - Dizziness / Confusion - Vertigos - Sciatica pain (left side) I also had since the 14th of july (all cured but weird) : - Intestinal flu - Staphylococus aureus My exams so far indicate : - Blood (tested A LOT of things) : normal - Cerebral MRI : normal - Earing exam : perfect. Tinnitus not caused by ear trauma. - TMJ luxation and deviation on the left side - Cervical kyphosis - Scheurmann disease redisual signs - One leg shorter by 1cm I m still suffering from all these things and I m starting to lose hope. Dear mathieu
Jaw discrepancy and its long term effects on the oro-faial muculature including your brain and spinal cord do not come much of a surprise to us . Since the ongoing damage is noticable only after certain damage has been done . I advice you to go to an oral physician having facility of denta scan which precisely evaluates the mal-pressure areas of your bite ,which in turn affect the tmj and the nerves associated with it .the mal-pressure points can be corrected accurately and the problem can subside in due course of time . hope this will help you out . take care .
