What Causes Pea Sized Hard Growth On Mons Pubis?
I Have a pea sized hard growth on the mons pubis. Clear duscharge when hit compress applied. Feels like similiat nodules that happen on my thighs. No itching or tenderness. Neg for hpv and herpes. I get foliculitis on my face and back. Could this happen on mons? Can I treat at home?

It seems that you might be having Folliculitis or razor bumps giving rise this problem.
Clean local part with plane water and apply antibiotic cream.
If infection is more you might require one course of antibiotic for 3-5 days.
Keep local hygiene proper.
