When I swallow food, I can feel it all the way down to my stomach. It feels like I'm swallowing something sharp and then a pinching sensation remains just above my belly button for some time. Also, lately my bowel movements have been like pebbles. You should probably know I don't have a gallbladder and diverticulitis runs in the family.
