What Causes Pelvic Pain With Arachnoiditis?

I have lost my appetite, pain and notes in lower back, very fatigue, toes feel like in a vice, dizziness, wooziness, pain takes breath away, have been diagnosed wit capua a equine syndrome. Back spasms after doing any house work, losing memory because of pain. Had a heart attack in Feb. numbers all good. No blockage in heart and arteries after cardiac test up through thigh to arteries, echo shows a good heat. Pain in pelvic area. Been told MRI WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY BECAUSE I HAVE ARACHNOIDITIS BUT FEEL LIKE NEW SYMPTOMS.pelvic pain.
