General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The pelvic pain with frequent urination can be due to
- urinary tract infection (possible with macroscopically normal urine)
- pelvic inflammatory condition as salpingitis, uterine infection or else
- calculus in the urinary system

A culture report of urine and ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis are best tools to final diagnostic way and therapy accordingly.

Till that time
- drink more liquids
- avoid vaginal sex if involved
- control blood sugar
- do not withhold the urine for a long period of time
- cranberry pills

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
