What Causes Persistent Abdominal Bloating With Pain?
I have a bloated stomach that is typically flat and in great shape. I am experiencing random and piercing pain in the lower right abdomen area. I had a pelvic exam yesterday but there was no tenderness to the touch. I am waiting results of an ultrasound and internal ultrasound that followed. Any advice on how I can ensure my doctors pursue the right testing and diagnosis? Thank you for your help.

Let your reports come and also get a urinalysis done as UTIs can also cause sharp pain without tenderness. Revert to your doctor with your reports for proper diagnosis and treatment.
