Understanding your concern. As per your query you have persistent chest pain and loss of consciousness despite taking medication. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like vasovagal syncope , acute kidney failure , stroke or other heart problem . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist again without any delay doctor may order test other then ECG like , complete blood profile , troponin t test along with angiography . Doctor may prescribe aspirin sedative diuretic and isosorbide nitrate . Doctor may also recommend open heart surgery or may refer you to nephrologist for kidney problem . For now continue taking medicine as per prescription .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
