Hi,

Chest pain aggravated by coughing or burping if not from any cardiovascular problems could be related to gastritis or stomach ulcers. This is particularly true if you take blood-thinning drugs which increase chances for stomach hyperacidity problems. If I was your caring doctor apart cardiovascular system I'd check your:

- stomach through upper endoscopy, and abdominal ultrasound
- lungs function through respiratory function test and chest x-ray
- liver/kidney/pancreas function test to rule out respective issues.

For the moment I can only suggest you take Paracetamol for the pain and continue taking meds as prescribed by your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
