What Causes Persistent Chest Pain?

My husband, 60 years old has had pain in his chest near where his arm connects to his chest. Almost constant, dull, but not severe, all day. Wonder if it is heart related or if he slept on his arm wrong. We don t know if we should be concerned. What do you think?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, all the chest pain need to be considered as cardiac pain unless it is being proved something else or rule out the possibility, so better to get done the cardiac evaluation test, hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
