What Causes Persistent Dizziness Along With Fatigue And Body Tremors?

I am dizzy all the time, upset stomach, no fever, shaky , weak, and unable to concentrate. I don t want to leave the house because I get panic attacks then I get light headed and feel like I am going to pass out. I had this issue in the past and it seemed to go away but it has started again about two months ago. I went to the ER and all testes came back normal. I have been tested for vertigo, Kiara, and multiple others with no results. Everything that I have been tested for comes back negative. I have been to multiple hospitals trying to figure this out. What can I do?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for contacting HCM for your health problems.

As per your description if nothing is coming out from the investigation, you might consult psychologist about this constant illness. It might only be a perception and nothing else. Proper counselling and appropriate medicine can treat your problem.

Regards
Dr hiren
