Understanding your concern. As per your query you have persistent dull headache along with blurred vision and epiphora. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like diabetes , nearsightedness , tension headache , transient ischemic attack , ocular migraine or astigmatism . I would suggest you to apply warm compresses on eyes , protect them from dust , wear sunglasses and wash eyes with water . Also take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain. If condition doesn't get better then consult ophthalmologist for proper examination . Doctor may check your eye site along with other test . Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for migraine .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
