What Causes Persistent Headaches And Bumps On Neck?

I have had a headache for 4 days along with nausea and 2 bumps on my neck, to the right of my spine. I have been taking migraine medicine and herbal remedies and the headache goes away temporarily and comes right back. With the bumps (that appeared when I first got the headache) I wonder if this is something more than a migraine.
