What Causes Persistent Lightheadedness And Dizziness?
I have been lighted headed and dizzy for about 2-3 weeks. The doctors say that my ears and sinuses are clear. They gave me medicine for the dizziness but it is not working. What could it be or what do I do next? I do have high pressure and I am a diabetic but all of that is fine.

Consult a physician and get evaluated. A detailed evaluation is required. Do a complete blood count to rule out anemia.
An ENT evaluation is required to rule out possible causes like inner ear problems.
As of now drugs like betahistine can be tried.
