What Causes Persistent Low Grade Fever With Headache And Neck Pain?

I have been having a low grade fever for 3 days and hard chills. headache and bad neck pain, Ibprophen seems to help for a little while. and I have no other symptoms. no sinus issues at this time my blood pressure started running rather low 105 over 47 and later at 95 over 67. what could this be

- complete blood count
- PCR, ESR
