What Causes Persistent Lower Abdominal Pain Radiating To The Back?
Having a lot of abdomen pain on lower right side radiating to back, persisting for a few months but getting worse. No fever but chill and having trouble going to bathroom. I actually just went and there is white toilet paper looking stuff with it....should know concerned
It sounds completely benign, but the chronic nature of your symptoms should prompt a consultation with a gastroenterologist or colorectal surgeon, who can perform a colonoscopy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Anders Mark Christensen, General Surgeon
