What Causes Persistent Nausea And Fatigue Along With Heavy Menstruation?

Latley I have been feeling weird. I have been feeling nausea all day everyday, food just makes it worse. I have been extremly fatigued and can hardley sleep and if by some miracle i do fall asleep i dont want to wake up. Also my period has been off this month it was a few days late and usually heavy, but this time it fluctuated between heavy and spotting. I usually have massive cramps but this tiime nothing no warning just bleeding. Not to mention the migranes have been a lot more powerful and often along with bad back pain. This has been happening for a month now and im woundering if i am pregnant or just sick. Me and my fiance have been having unproteted sex for a year now but before i use my own pocket money to go to the obgyn and a doctor i wanted some opinions of what may be going on.

Hi,

Some basic tests should be done hCG and USG tests and ESR, PBF hemoglobin, iron levels and CBT therapy plus for migraine along with medication learn breathing exercises. They can also helps you in deep sleep otherwise EEG studies can tell exact sleep issues. Take antacids for few days but not if pregnancy test is positive. Take healthy foods, antioxidants like amla, aloe vera, juices, fruits, salads, etc. Listen to calm meditative music, talk with friends. Gynecologist can help in dysmenorrhea.
