What Causes Persistent Nausea Post Menstruation?

I have been nausous for a week after eating, sometimes vomit and sometimes not. It all started with what i thought was my period that lasted 2 days then got spotty the 3rd and 4th day headaches accompanied with the nausea until 5th day no more headaches, still very nausous

I understand your concern.
What symptoms you have described following menstrual periods is suggestive that they are happening as a result of hormonal changes. This is just a temporary phenomenon and will subside in quite some time. Until then, all it needs is only symptomatic management.
Kindly take Tablet. Domepridone for nausea. Along with it you need to take Capsule containing Vitamin B6. Drink good quantities of fluids. Avoid eating junk food and eat healthy food. Practice meditation to keep your mind calm and healthy.
