Hi,
From history it seems that she might be having some infection in GI tract, bacterial or amebic.
She might require one course of ofloxacilin, tinidazole type of medicine course for 3-5 days.
Give her light diet like curd, rice and buttermilk.
Avoid fried and junk food.
give her plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
