Hii , Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here
Most of the Muscular pains do not last longer than 3-4 weeks and you can take muscle relaxant like thiocholchicoside after consulting ur dr ,along with this proper rest with heat packs and mild exercise will help you
but if your pain is persistent or getting even worse from last 3 to 4 weeks in spite of doing all above remedies than you should go for further evaluation of the problem to rule out any underlying medical conditions including neurological (as it may be related to nerves or spine ) and as well as cardiological origin i would strongly suggest you to see a orthopedic surgeon to get it examine and rule out any underlying medical condition
I hope it help Thanks & Get well Soon
