Hello,
Welcom to Healthcaremagic.com.
I had gone through your question I can understand your concern.
It seems to me you are suffering with cervical spondylitis you need to visit a doctor and get an x ray done to confirm the diagnosis.
During mean time my treatment to you will be;
1). Restrict your neck movement, you can use a collar to do so.
2). Lower your pillow during night sleep and change sitting position while watching TV or other regular work.
3). You can also take Nn steroidal anti inflammatory medicine like Accelofenac for pain relief or Gabapentine.
Hope my answer will help you and you will write to us further if required.
Regards
Dr Muzaffar.
