General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is not uncommon to have cramps and vaginal bleeding after hysteroscopy. It lasts only for few days. But if cramps and bleeding continue after 3-4 days then it is not normal and you should consult a gynecologist at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
