What Causes Persistent Vomiting Along With Diarrhea?
Hi, my boyfriend is 57, I believe he might have food poisoning eggs, maybe. He worked long hours the night before last and into the next day. He ate 12 midnight before leaving, 8 pm when he returned, then breakfast this morning. He was vomiting for a few hours total. He initially had diarrhea, but I believe that stopped. Fever and chills. He is sleeping now for the last three hours or so.

Hi,
He may be suffering from food poisoning. It can be Bacterial or Viral. As he have fever and chills, it is infective diarrhea. if fever and chill persists, please start Paracetamol. Continue ORS, Oral rehydration and solutions till the diarrhea and vomiting subside.
