We just moved to Malaysia. My 9 yr old son appears to get sick once a week with vomitting. This week it has lasted longer. Starting on Tuesday until today Thursday morning. He also woke up with a headache. He could not keep down his paracetamol. Once he vomitted the orange medicine he said his vomit was a pink colour. Does this sound severe or is this normal? Should I take him to a doctor? He has had no fever and the vomitting is usually worse in morning and there is slight diarrhea.
