What Causes Persisting Chest Pain Despite Discontinuing Tobacco Chewing?

Hi, I was eating gutka for alomost 2-3 years in the past. But since I started noticing a sharp pain in the my left chest, I stopped chewing gutka. It is almost 3-4 months since I have stopped, but the pain in my chest is still persisting. The pain has been slightly reducing since I stopped chewing. Kindly let me know what it might be.

HI
Well come to HCM
Looking to the history of chewing tobacco this would be important to get done some test to rule out the possible causes of tobacco chewing, and these are x-ray chest, throat examination may be some time CT of chest, hope this information helps.
