What Causes Pigmentation On The Face And Neck?
I ve been taking tetralysal for nearly two years now, they have been working well until now for the past month I have started getting bad spots again on my face and back, is it known for the tablets to stop working after a long period of time? And if they won t work anymore what else is there I can do I ve had duac gel and another roll on cream (not sure of the name) but I didn t get on with them, thank you

Hi.
As per your case history of facial hyperpigmentation.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Apply a kojic acid cream like kojivit twice daily on it.
3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are topical hydroquinone, chemical peeling done by dermatologist.
