What Causes Pimples Around The Glans Penis?
Hi doctor, I have unprotected sex with my partner late evening but haven t cleaned my penis after sex until the next day morning, now I saw some pimples on underskin of my penis and slightly around head of my penis.. They are not itchy and what to do to get rid of them.

I have just read your query, having unprotected sex and pimple type lesion may increase anxiety. Don't worry many a times this could be very benign or treatable. Does the lesion developed over night? or this is the first time you are noticing them? How exactly they look like is it exactly appearing like a ring in the base of your glans?
Let's see what are the possibilities:
1) Hirsuties Coronae Glandis/Pearly penile papule. This is very benign, it commonly occurs as a rim of elevated papule around the rim of your glans. This doesn't need any treatment and it will go on its own if it disturbs we can remove it with Laser.
2) Candidiasis. Can cause pimple type lesion can be very well treated with oral antifungals and topical antifungals as well.
3) Balanitis. Sometimes cause a similar lesion.
4) STD's. in your case, I will consider STD as the last option but can be concluded only after seeing a picture of the lesion.
