What Causes Pimples In The Penis?
I am 18 years old and in good health in my opinion (never needed to go to doctors) and for years now I have had what appears to be small pimples but feel like stones underneath the skin of my penis beneath the head. I am not circumcised and they don't cause any discomfort at all but can occasionally hurt if squeezed etc.

It can be balanitis like an infection of penis glans head skin infection.
You can post a photo of the lesion to comment further.
Topical antibiotic cream can be applied over affected lesion after examination of glans.
