The possible causes for your problem are:

Urinary tract infection associated with
vaginal infection.
Urinary tract infection can present with increase frequency of micturition, blood in urine etc symptoms.
Vaginal infection can lead to pain, discharge etc.
-Abrasions over
urethra due to intercourse, can present with pain, bleeding from urethra etc.
So, once consult gynecologist, get examined and go for urine microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
This will help in finding out the possible cause and causative organism.
Then depending on that further management can be planned.
In case of infection, you may need one course of antibiotics,
analgesic and anti inflammatory drugs to treat the problem.
