I have felt bad for a long time. The acid reflux has gotten out of control and nothing is helping it. There is a deep pain between my left shoulder blade and spine and my ribs are very sore and now it looks like there is a pocket of fluid under my left breast. My left armpit has swollen and sore lymph nodes. My neck is stiff and hurts. I don't know if I have fever but I feel really tired. When is it time to go to the emergency? Is this an infection of some kind?
