I will be 85 January 16, 2017. Lifelong free of traffic citations. Am more aware of forgetting why I went to another room; however, after retracing my steps, I can remember and it sticks the next time I enter the room. I feel that I m doing well enough. Agree? Also, my lovely lady doctor told me to keep busy with something until I get sleepy. Sometimes that isn t until 3am. I then sleep till 9am. It works for me.
