I feel everything in my head. I feel my eyes open even if my eye lids are closed. I force myself to relax and I can't. Being out does make me feel better but once ready to sleep is always the same feeling. I wake up as though I did not sleep all night. I do not dream and I have a very light sleep. I tried many supplement such as SAM-e , vitamin B12 and many others. I come to the point that this is more complicated than I thought. Any thought please ?

Before sleep take warm bath, listen light music, don't take tea or coffee at sleep time, read light story book and go to bed only when feel sleepy. You will be fine.
