What Causes Post Nasal Discharge Along With Stabbing Pain In Head While Bending?

hi im having problems with getting sick alot im a fitness trainer eat well and exercise regular since i was a child! i think it may be to do with my sinuses when i teach yoga clear liquid always runs from my nose or just bending over for a few seconds and when i fly get stabbing like pain in my head is unbearableon decent also when i swim i get congested. when im sick it almost always inculed fever cogestion and sore throat or infection and headaches this has been for aslong as i can remember

Coming directly to your concern, its Chronic Sinusitis that is causing problems with you. You need proper treatment for that. I suggest you to visit an ENT Specialist who is trained to treat such conditions. Other things you are doing very superb. You are active and health conscious. Use ear plugs and head cap, with goggles while swimming. It will help you away from ear infections and eye infections and redness due to chlorine in the water.
