What Causes Post-traumatic Stress Disorder?

I have PTSD and returned to work in Afghanistan, once I heard that they are going to send me back to where I witnessed an adverse explosion, i started to break in to a fever of 104.5 I was admitted to a Hospital, where they could not explain the fever and after many blood tests could not find any way to explain this. Could this have been a anxiety attack that caused this (PTSD) ??

I went through your details. There are every possibility that you had an anxiety induced panic attack and the cause could possibly be Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. You should request your superior about this problem and request leave for a period of a fortnight. You should also consult a psychiatrist.
