What Causes Presence Of Ketones In Urine?

Hi i m 36 and 33 weeks pregnant i ve been really well though the pregnancy but yesterday while out i had 6 dizzy spells, one of witch was like everything was going 90 miles ph. Went to hospital to be checked and everything seemed fine apart from the fact that my urine had ketones in. Haven t had results for all blood taken yet either but wondering about the ketones?

It is probably a result of fasting if you do not have elevated ketones and sugar levels in your blood, there is nothing to worry about.
