hi i m 35 year old male smoking from 11 years ,from 1 years i note mild change in my personality and some scattered symptoms which may not be continuous like sporadic muscle fatigue ,tibial bone pain and from 7 months mild dysphagia take place 4 months ago sever compressing chest pain which last for 30 minute i was away from any medical centers but next day i was completely free and i do exercise without any complain . nowadays i have not dysphagia but 4 days before i feel dizziness, fainting ,shivering and severe eructation after meals i can t work even when i take deep breath i feel pressure from inside ti my back opposite 1st thoracic vertebrae and and 3rd rib. what is that..? can be bronchogenic carinoma or carcinoid tumour thanks dear

If all these are normal then no need to worry for bronchogenic carcinoma or carcinoid tumour. Sometimes stress and anxiety can also cause similar symptoms. So consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution. You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
